Why not? Some teams, particularly in top-level American stock car racing, use different paint schemes for races taking place at night. We want to help capture this practice by bringing it to the virtual track.
- Can I select a custom night paint from the Showroom?
Yes, you can assign a custom paint scheme from your favorites or from the Showroom when you assign a night paint from My Paints.
- Will my number styles automatically change for night races, too?
No. iRacing controls the stylization of your car’s numbers from the in-sim painting area, so be sure to choose a night paint scheme that works with your traditional numbers.
