NASCAR Cup Series Next Gen Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 by Josh CadeJosh Cade Pro

About this paint

Throwback / Retro of Geoff Bodine's 1980’s-era Levi Garrett Chevrolet paint schemes on a NASCAR Cup Series Next Gen Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. Geoff is a talented racer, the first driver for Rick Hendrick, and winner of the 1986 Daytona 500 and numerous other races for Hendrick through 1989 before moving on to Junior Johnson. Famous for having numerous run-ins with Dale Earnhardt in 1987 and 1988 before they were both called to meet with Bill France Jr. (part of which was dramatized in Days of Thunder). From Chemung, New York one of the famed Modified drivers to make it big-time in Winston Cup Racing. Credits: All artwork is vector art re-created by me.

I raced my first Sim in highschool with Papyrus's "Indianapolis 500". In 1993, my Purdue college roommate and I connected our PC's and raced each other. I also figured out how to unpack the car files and add "Marlboro" to the cars and posted them on rec.autos.sport.indy becoming somewhat an international celebrity. Ha! I guess I've been doing this a long time. I worked for ASA Racing in the 90's and I enjoy painting throwbacks/retros from the 80's and 90's for all forms of motorsports. IndyCar, NASCAR, USAC, IMSA.
