About this Custom Number paint

From @nascarman on X: "Stuart Lyndon was born in New Zealand in 1950. His grandparents owned a dirt track and after success in dirt racing, Lyndon moved to the US around 1975 to further his career. After living on the west coast, he moved to Ashville NC around 1983. Lyndon worked as a body man in North Carolina. To build his race car, he rented space in a shop owned by racer Bosco Lowe. In late 1984, he bought a Ford Thunderbird that had been raced by Kyle Petty and prepared to run it in ARCA. Lyndon entered the June 2, 1985 ARCA race at Atlanta. A new, prestigious event, this race would pay $28,000 to win, more than some Winston Cup races. Bill France was the grand marshal. After completing 31 laps, Lyndon's #69 Ford spun off turn 2. He crashed head-on into the dirt wall on the inside of the backstretch. The car stuck in the wall, broke in half, and he was thrown through the windshield onto the engine. Lyndon died instantly. Despite his short career, Lyndon was passionate about racing and one of a few of New Zealanders who raced in American stock cars. "He wanted to get involved in NASCAR and asked how to do it," Bosco Lowe said. "I didn't know him all that well but it was obvious he loved to race." With Numbers.
